The Hoop Wearhouse is a women’s ready-to-wear and accessories founded in 2019 by Creative and Designer Catalina Santos aiming to bring emerging and established brands from all over the world to Mexico, focusing on statement, unique and well curated pieces to empower women. We believe in beautifully designed trendless clothes that could be used for every ocation, season and can withstand the test of time. All of them with a touch of edge and their own uniqueness.
We provide detailed measurements for many of our products online. You can find this information in our product descriptions. Measurements are taken by the brands we carry.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before your checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign in or not to your Paypal account. On the checkout page you should enter your address, mail and phone number to complete the required information to ship your order. You can also select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. We currently accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you have a payment question, our customer service team would be happy to help you. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation replying to your order confirmation email or sending an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you place your order and receive your order confirmation email we manage a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
